…and to brighten your calendar! We just couldn’t let the month end without releasing a few more updates – including some tweaks to calendar event colors to help them stand out a bit more 🌈
Fixes & Improvements
- We fixed an issue with the “Use Studio Name as Default Sender” setting not being followed (you would still need to manually select the studio name & email from the sender dropdown when sending a new email)
- We fixed an issue with sending a new email from the students page so adult students are included whether you selected to email students or parents
- We removed the parentheses around numbers in dialogs throughout the app for clarity and consistency
- We tweaked the copy event notes feature so it doesn’t only look for the past lessons with the exact same set of attendees – now it will show the event notes for any past events in the same series
- We made a change so Online Resources can now be sorted alphabetically by description
- We fixed an issue with the Expense Import tool where the messaging around columns not being automatically matched was mistakenly showing even when the columns were matched
- We brightened up some of the color options displayed on the calendar (for events, teachers, or locations) to make it easier to tell them apart at a glance 🌈
- We fixed an issue where the overdue attendance page wasn’t loading correctly if there were “No Teacher – Entire Studio” events
- We fixed the ability to upload files to their own Online Resources space even if they don’t have the ability to upload files to the shared space
- We made some small tweaks to the text on the bulk SMS & email reminders dialog
- We fixed an issue where the “Specific Date” option under the Default Balance Date option in Business Settings > Accounts & Invoices wasn’t working (it would default to the current day instead)
- We updated the wording for the Initial Display Time calendar preference for clarity
- We updated the number of events displayed per day on the month view of the calendar from 5 to 10
- We fixed the net income calculation in cash flow mode under Expenses & Other Revenue, which was incorrectly adding teacher payroll instead of subtracting it
