Student Management

• When changing a student’s default billing settings, any existing make-up credits are now automatically adjusted to reflect the correct amount of time to be credited
• We fixed an issue that was preventing changes from saving properly in a student’s default billing

Attendance

• You can now add Group Notes directly from the Home Agenda
• We fixed an issue that was preventing the “Convert To New Event” prompt to appear when marking a student as absent
• We have reintroduced automatically saving unsaved lesson notes if you click away accidentally

Teachers & Staff

• Single teacher accounts can now update their preferred lesson location from their preferences
• Non-teaching staff that create lessons will now have their event teacher field left blank by default to reduce the risk of selecting the incorrect person

Families & Invoices

• We made updates to ensure that transactions that are linked to attendance can not be edited without editing attendance
• Cancelling the creation of an invoice after being prompted that an invoice with duplicate dates already exists no longer locks you out of the invoice creation process
• We improved the method that is used to determine whether an invoice should be automatically marked as PAID (although you will still have the option to mark invoices as paid manually as well)
• We fixed an issue that was causing the transaction category drop-down to close if there were too many characters typed

Zapier

• Student and Parent records in Zapier can now be searched by email as well as name
• A student record sent to Zapier now includes instrument
• You can now use Zapier to update individual student details
• You can now use Zapier to add a payment to a family account
• Zapier can now receive a trigger that a new invoice has been created

General/Other

• You can now filter your repertoire lists by instrument and by genre
• Editing a repertoire entry will now keep the original start date instead of switching to today’s date
• English has been added as a language option for all regions
• Event date and start time are now required fields for SMS & email reminder templates
• We have reintroduced a search function to notifications
• Various cosmetic tweaks throughout
